HOW TO MAKE PREMIUM MAKGEOLLI WITH K-MAK PREMIUM POWDER

  • Pour K-Makgeolli powder (500g) and 3 L of water in a container (recommend biggerthan 4L) : Plastic, Glass or Clay Containers are recommended rather than metal.

  • Stir or shake to mix well. Even if the powder is not completly dissolved, it will naturally dissolve and ferment over time.

  • Keep the lid partially open to let the gas out during fermentation process; otherwise it may explode or over-spill as it is un-pasteurized (Fresh).

  • Keep it for 48 huors at 25-30C room temperature and refrigerate below 8 C for 12-24 hours.

  • And, drink it Cool
